Sometimes I think I might be just as addicted to air plants as I am to succulents. Both are super easy to care for and really add so much diversity to my collection of houseplants. For these, I re-purposed some small tins into these magnetic air plant terrariums which are just perfect for my fridge. I think they’d also make a darling gift and favor for parties too.
I tend to keep things that most people would consider junk or recyclable. You never know when you can upcycle items into beautiful crafting creations. Some of my favorite items to keep are the glass jars and their lids from foods. Salsa jars are perfect! I remove the labels, wash them in the dishwasher, and set them aside for crafting projects, like these upcycled spring terrariums.
It is hard to believe that Easter is so early this year! This is the one time of year that my sweet tooth really gets a craving! My favorite candies are the Cadbury Eggs filled with caramel. Last week I was off to the store to stock up on these once yearly offerings. While there, I love exploring all the new and creative candies that hit the shelves. Did you know there is such a thing as edible Easter grass?! Wow! That is all it took to inspire me for my latest HGTVGardens post. These sweet Easter terrariums are entirely edible! Take a peek and get creative. The kids had a blast making these this past weekend.
