The other day I was at Trader Joe’s and I stumbled upon these gorgeous stems of miniature pumpkins on branches. I took a closer look. They were real! So I bought a bunch to decorate my entryway table.
This week, I made a grapevine pumpkin. Yes, I know it is still summer, but I cannot resist the temptation of fall in New England. It is teasing me. With each morning, the air is crisper and cooler. The trees are beginning to shed their leaves as they too appear to be anxious to return to their winter slumber. Pumpkins have yet to arrive at the local farm stands so I had to make do with this beauty. I love how it turned out and I love that it can take me through all the holidays in fall too.
