DIY: Magnetic Air Plant Terrariums

April 26, 2015

Sometimes I think I might be just as addicted to air plants as I am to succulents. Both are super easy to care for and really add so much diversity to my collection of houseplants. For these, I re-purposed some small tins into these magnetic air plant terrariums which are just perfect for my fridge. I think they’d also make a darling gift and favor for parties too.

These air plant terrariums are also versatile. Instead of small pebbles or tumbled glass try making a beach theme by replacing the stones with sand and the moss with a few small seashells.  A light misting once a week and indirect sunlight is all they need to thrive.
