Sitr-fry Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts-cut into strips
1 cup celery-sliced on an angle
1 cup carrots-cut into bite size pieces
2 cups sugar snap peas
1 cup broccoli florets
1 medium onion-sliced in strips
1 cup chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste
4 tbsp cooking oilSauce ingredients:1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
3 cloves garlic-diced
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp lemongrass paste (look in fresh produce area of your local grocery store)
1 tbsp ginger paste (look in fresh produce area of your local grocery store)
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp fresh cilantro-chopped
3 scallions-diced
1/2 tbsp cornstarch
