Yesterday I was craving curry chicken salad. It is a simple, easy recipe that comes together in a matter of minutes but tastes so rich and full of flavor. I had some left-over chicken that just worked perfectly. Whenever I make this I practically lick the bowl. Today, I’m sharing how you can make this too. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cup diced pre-cooked chicken
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup Smokehouse Almonds
3 stalks celery-diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp curry powder
black pepper to taste
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix until well incorporated. Adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your liking.
Try a scoop on your next salad or make a delicious sandwich. For more recipes from me, click here.

With this, I, myself is also craving right now. I do love chicken salad but to be quite honest, I have never tried curry flavor. I have actually searched for such recipe and I guess this would be the easiest to prepare. So, I am going to work on this. Thank you for this post.
