Oyster Cracker and Sunshine are our big, golden, Buff Orpingtons and they are inseparable. They have a very beautiful bond that they have shared since they were day old chicks. I felt nostalgic today and sought out their baby picture. My how they have grown. It is so very hard to believe that they are almost three years old.
The kids too seem to be growing so quickly too. I wonder why it is that the older we get the faster the years seem to pass? Perhaps, it is that we finally come to some sort of realization how precious time can be.

I just love Sunshine and Oyster Cracker! I love Buffs so much. Orpingtons are such a wonderful breed.
They are handsome birds, for sure. You are so right about time passing quickly as we get older. Each day is a gift.
Thanks for hosting again! The chicks are so cute. I got my chick catalog yesterday and wish I was getting some more eggers. But I will be happy with my meat birds!
I linked up 3 Good Books to Own even though I typically get my books at the library! Have a great week. 🙂
They are beautiful. I think the teddy bears of the chicken world. They seem so soft and cuddly.
Your Buff Orpingtons are beautiful!
Adorable! And thanks for hosting!
Awww, they are so cute! My oldest girls just turned three last August and it was hard to believe! I got sentimental, too, and looked through their "baby photos" 🙂
The little once is just beautiful. Thanks for hosting.

I love my Buffs! They are such nice chickens! 🙂
I always loved it when we had Buff Orpingtons. They are so pretty and even tempered! We raised quite a few from day old chicks but they are all gone now. It was years and years ago. Your girls are precious :0)
Thanks for hosting. I'm hosting my very first link party and you're welcome to join in and link up at http://thepinjunkie.blogspot.com/2013/01/friday-link-party.html
Time is fleeting, no question. My baby girl turned five years old today- it seems like it was just yesterday that we were preparing to welcome her home.
Thanks for inviting me back, Melissa. Have a great week.
