Giveaway: Celebrating Chick Days

February 5, 2012

One of my favorite times of the year has always been Spring. Somehow I love it even more now because it includes preparing for chicks! Chick Fever is very catchy for chicken keepers. The variety of breeds, the lure of colored eggs and the cuteness of fuzzy day old baby chicks is enough to make one feel absolutely giddy with excitement. Over the years, we have encouraged many beginners to start keeping chickens. If you are thinking about starting out this year, we have created a five part series Guide to Getting Started that covers all the essentials.

This year, Tilly’s Nest has joined up with our sponsor, Manna Pro, to celebrate Chick Days. We are proud to be part of their celebration and join the Chicken Whisperer and My Pet Chicken to have some fun with new and old chicken keepers and promote the joys of keeping chickens. Be sure to visit the Manna Pro Chick Days website for rebates, promotions, educational information and resources. Our flock has relied on Manna Pro’s products and information over the years and I think you will too.

1 large Manna Pro Chick Days yellow t-shirt “Ask me about chicks”

  7. This entry was found under a different post and I didn't want it to get missed:

I have entered all 4 of the requirements for the contest. I did have a something that came to mind while doing so about one of your post, You had said that Dottie Speckles was plucking Tilly's feathers? She may be trying to Take over and re-organize the pecking order. Or jealous of Tilly. Since she seems to get the most attention, as she likes to talk to you. Just a thought.
