Over the past few weeks, I’ve written a few articles on backyard birding for HGTV Gardens. Even before keeping chickens (our favorite backyard birds), we have always been into creating havens for the wild birds in our yard. Last year alone, we had over 50 different species pay our yard a visit. Take a peek at these posts to get started with backyard birding in your own backyard.

Happy Wednesday! Lou Lou Girls
I'm so jealous of your Cedar Waxwing photo! They don't visit here like they used to at my childhood home in Wisconsin, and they're such beautiful birds.
We are on the same page…feeding the birds here ( and squirrels..the two seem to go together ) is a never ending source of delight and distraction as I am always dropping what I am doing and taking pictures of them, LOL. Your photos are lovely …One thing I've not been able to do as yet is get a decent picture of hummingbirds…that photo is stunning ! 🙂
Fabulous pictures! Thanks for hosting! 🙂
